We are relatively new to the area, and we were looking for a shop to evaluate and repair a transmission fluid leak in our 2010 Toyota Prius. Automotive Excellence was highly recommended to us by others, so we went there. We were not disappointed. The work was done very professionally, in a timely manner, and at a reasonable cost. Communications were excellent from the first contact with office staff to discussion of the diagnosis and the cost to repair. The estimate given was what we paid. We are very happy with the results. We will use Automotive Excellence in the future, and highly recommend them to others.

Because my usual Kia dealership service department was all booked up with no openings for 2 weeks, I brought my 2019 Kia Soul to Automotive Excellence for the first time in December 5, 2024. As a first time customer, all I could say is the service staff and desk personnel were very exceptional professionals and they greeted me as a VIP. They asked me all the pertinent questions and checked the specific service schedule requirements for my car to make sure that I would receive all the specific service mandates based on my odometer mileage. After the service was completed, my car was clean and in the same condition as it was when I first brought it in. When I went to get my car, the service technician who worked on it, even came out to me personally to give me a last minute reminder that was relevant to my latest service. Im very impressed and pleased with Automotive Excellence and the staff. I would definitely skip the Kia dealership from now on and be a permanent customer of Automotive Excellence!

Came here to get Lexus LS430 I bought from Idaho fully serviced. Darlene at front was very easy to deal with. All of my concerns with vehicle were addressed and fixed. I opted for OEM Lexus parts. So they had to order few parts from dealership to meet my requests. The turnaround time was excellent. I did have a few concerns after having car serviced. Kevin was the tech took my car back in and checked everything out. My mpg went down, and the car was idling slightly rough. He was extremely knowledgeable with my cars platform (even with it being 24 years old). Both of these issues had nothing to do with service at automotive excellence. Mpg was because the car came from Idaho and California uses gas that is cut with ethanol and other additives that kills mpg. The rough idle was found to be the car adjusting from elevation. After reset car idles and runs very smooth. Communication was great, service was fast for how busy they are, and they stand behind their work.

This place is #1!!! I used to take my car to a local shop and used to get great service. They were bought by a corporation and service went down hill. The worst!!! I had a problem with the passenger side window washer fluid on my car. I took it to the local dealer and they kept it a half day and never even looked at it. They also wanted to charge me $250 to diagnose the problem. What a rip off. So I decided to try Automotive Excellence and what a difference. I made an appointment and they fixed it in less than an hour while I waited and the charge was under $100. I am so pleased that I will take my car to them for all future service.
