My prepaid maintenance package with the Toyota Dealer ran out, so I was referred to Automotive Excellence by a family member. I’m so glad I was because they had excellent service! The car drop off was easy (though sometimes parking is sparse is the area to drop your car off) and they’re so friendly. When your service is complete, they call you and also send you a link to view your vehicle inspection before you even get back to pick up your car. I was also told that my next service would be a major service, which made me feel better because I knew what condition my car was in and I could plan for my next service financially. Everyone was so friendly and the service was excellent, so I will definitely be a returning customer. Bonus, they vacuumed out the front of my car as a part of the service and wiped all windows. Definitely unexpected but it shows they go above and beyond and care for their customers.
