We're sorry we weren't able to repair your sunroof and had to send you back to the dealer (yikes!) but at least we learned something from the experience and we'll be better able to help other customers in the future. We don't feel right charging a customer if there isn't anything we can do for them which is why you were not charged. We figure you will end up paying another facility to do what we were unable to do and we don't want to add salt to the wound so to speak.
