My daughter was traveling through the area from out of state with her Lexus RX350 and was experiencing engine trouble which forced her to stay overnight in a motel. The vehicle required towing the next day and I assisted her to locate a qualified repair shop in the area, but it was Sunday. As a former owner of auto service and repair shops I am critical, but was able to identify Automotive Excellence through online reviews and photos of their staff and well kept facility. Although it was Sunday morning, I was able to contact Terri through Yelp and she readily responded and instructed the vehicle could be towed to their location and keys left in the after-hours drop. Darlene communicated with excellent follow up to provide a diagnosis and recommended repair. I just had a phone conversation with Dave, the owner, before my daughter picked up her vehicle to thank him for the great service. I highly recommend this business for their outstanding commitment to customer service as well as their technical ability.
