I was visiting my sister while on a vcation. I had warning lights come on & off when starting my car. My sister recommended I take my car to Automotive Excellence. The staff was very friendly and kind from the first phone call through the entire repair experience. Getting an apointment was easy and the repair was done quickly. They kept in contact and were open about what was needed and how long the repair would take. I felt cared for and that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend this company for your car repair needs!

The facility is well equipped to handle most all general repairs and maintenance. The reception was easy, fast, and clear with all repairs and costs quickly and clearly communicated. The job was performed within the allotted time and it was completed well. Unlike many other facilities, my vehicle was returned to me just as clean as when I delivered it. While the work, reception, service, and expertise were all top-notch, there was a small glich which occurred. The concern was that this same small glich occurred at the previous maintenance date as well. The tires were overinflated beyond the recommended amount which detonated my vehicle's 'tire inflation' warning - a real irritating and unnecessary experience! As this was the second time this occurred, I will insist that no tire pressure alterations be completed in the future. Other than this, the whole process was well done and I will continue to return to this establishment with no additional concerns.

Always super friendly, never recommends unless needed and very fair pricing. My wife already loved these guys so I tried them out to see for myself.. Dave sent me home the first time with no charge and a few suggestions for repairs in the future so I came back for a 120k service and a few of his suggested items. We won’t be using any other repair shops unless we have to move a few states away. Thanks again Dave and crew!

I know I can always rely on Automotive Excellence and the people who deliver that excellence. My vehicles are well maintained and if something happens, you respond quickly. In this instance, my only functional remote failed. Darlene had me drive right in, the remote was evaluated and the expected news was that it needed to be replaced - all without charge despite the time it took. The FOB guy, Ed, was able to respond within an hour and replaced both the failed remotes for a reasonable price. This was not a cheap fix but considerably less than the dealership.
