Mike as well as all his staff are great! Darlene is always helpful with accomodating my schedule. Mike explains everything to me when it's time for me to pick up my car; which is very helpful. I find they are honest and fair with their pricing They even washed and vacuumed my car. No mechanic shop has ever done that. It was a very nice surprise. Their customer service exceeds 5 stars. I would recommend anyone I know to Automotive Excellence!

Had to get some custom fog lights installed, Dave was very passionate about his work and got the job done. Really appreciated their in house taxi service to get back home. I live close by, but it was nice to save a an Uber service.

Check engine light showed I needed to replace my thermostat! Got a quick appt and then even that appt was bumped to the day before and then the work took way less time than expected. Cherry on top is that they have courtesy vehicles for use while yours is being repaired. Mechanics are efficient and Darlene in the front is great. Great experience all around, thank you

This auto shop is amazing. My car was having some major issues and they were one of the only places open for an immediate appointment on a Saturday. Not only were they able to diagnose the problem quickly despite the check engine computer chip malfunctioning and not providing the data it should have. They were able to give me a loaner car and fix everything up in a short period of time for a great price. Great quality of work and great people. I will definitely be using them as my main auto shop from now on!!!

They were friendly and I was given a ride to work and they picked me up when the car was done. They also vacuumed the driver and passenger side of my vehicle, most delightful.

These folks do it RIGHT! they gave me a quick diagnostics appointment for a car i was considering when they were booked solid. They did a great job, they were super nice, thorough, informative and helpful in evaluating the car and letting me know what it needed and how much the value was. They not only did this once, but twice when the first car i was considering didn't pan out. Hard to find quality and honest car repair these days. These guys are the real deal.
