Everything from setting up an appointment through the meeting, the repair/service, as well as the conference upon completion of the general routine maintenance service was top-notch. It felt like I was the only and most important customer of the day! The car was delivered clean when I arrived and returned back to me as clean as it was left. The time for the service easily beat out the time I used to spend at a dealership for the same service requirements. The cost was more than competitive; I was quite pleasantly surprised. All in all, a good experience available. I just wish the lounge was big enough to complete private work on a computer . . . Congratulations for a well-designed customer service operation! I definitely WILL be returning as a regular!
