this place is very professional in the way that they handle not only the customer but also in the way that they take good care of your vehicles. would not trust my vehicle to any other shop.

Dave and his crew were knowledgeable and quickly determined the problem with my overheating. They fixed the issue and cost way less than what Honda was going to charge me. Btw, Honda Dealership was going to charge me for a new engine, which was not the problem. Thank you Guys!

I'm in Sacramento with a son at Sonoma State. My son's car wouldn't start, and not knowing the area, I found Auto Excellence through YELP reviews. I loved the service and communication we received! Dave is clearly an excellent mechanic and gave me way more information than I asked for, not in a way to upsell, but just information I didn't know about the car and what we should do to mitigate exacerbating the problem when we decided not to make the repair for a blown gasket in a 18-year-old car. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I just wish Dave and crew were closer to Sacramento so I could make them my regular garage. Highly recommended!

Have been going to Automotive Excellence since it's existence, back in the '80s and three Honda cars ago, (Prelude/Accord/Civic EX). No matter the issue, whether an oil change, maintenance or repair, I am very confident that it will be done efficiently, correctly and that costs are are reasonable, no price gouging here. They provide loaner cars if needed. They also offer discounts via mail (house and E-mail), so their marketing and advertising are very much appreciated. I try to take advantage of the discounts whenever I can. The service is excellent, they have earned their name!! Friendly, courteous and professional staff. What I appreciate the most is their honesty in knowing that if I'm told my car needs a certain repair, it does! My husband also takes his Toyota Tacoma here for services. We have nothing but positive thoughts to say about this business and would not trust anyone else with our vehicles and their care. Thank you so much! :)
