I'm in Sacramento with a son at Sonoma State. My son's car wouldn't start, and not knowing the area, I found Auto Excellence through YELP reviews. I loved the service and communication we received! Dave is clearly an excellent mechanic and gave me way more information than I asked for, not in a way to upsell, but just information I didn't know about the car and what we should do to mitigate exacerbating the problem when we decided not to make the repair for a blown gasket in a 18-year-old car. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I just wish Dave and crew were closer to Sacramento so I could make them my regular garage. Highly recommended!

I can’t say enough great things about this business and the people that make it one of the top 10% of all companies I deal with! (Darleen is one of the best at her job!) The vehicle health printout they use makes it easy to to go on long road trips with confidence! 5 out of 5 stars!

Have been going to Automotive Excellence since it's existence, back in the '80s and three Honda cars ago, (Prelude/Accord/Civic EX). No matter the issue, whether an oil change, maintenance or repair, I am very confident that it will be done efficiently, correctly and that costs are are reasonable, no price gouging here. They provide loaner cars if needed. They also offer discounts via mail (house and E-mail), so their marketing and advertising are very much appreciated. I try to take advantage of the discounts whenever I can. The service is excellent, they have earned their name!! Friendly, courteous and professional staff. What I appreciate the most is their honesty in knowing that if I'm told my car needs a certain repair, it does! My husband also takes his Toyota Tacoma here for services. We have nothing but positive thoughts to say about this business and would not trust anyone else with our vehicles and their care. Thank you so much! :)

Automotive Excellence has been doing work on my car for almost 2 years now, what a great job they do. The shop is just something to see, the work done on my car has been done batter than a deal could do, in fact much better. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly. My car runs like new, even though its a 2003. You could not find a better place to have your car worked on. Every one from office to shop are so nice an helpful, to help me to keep my car in good shape, all I can say is just go there an you can see for yourself, Will never find a better place or quality work that Automotive Excellence does.
