Automotive Excellence service and personnel are amazing! They are committed to honesty and workmanship. Nissan told me I needed $3600 repair of the timing cover seal. A friend recommended Automotive Excellence. They took photos of the engine and for $95 cleaned the oil around the engine and replaced a drain plug. Problem solved. My family, friends and I will always trust Automotive Excellence!

Taking my car to Automotive Excellence was by far the best experience I've had with an automotive shop and with a long history of driving used cars, that's a big statement. I'm new to the area and relied on reviews to make a decision on where to take my car and I couldn't be happier with my decision. I am impressed with their communication, sending text alerts as well as a link to the CARFAX report. The repair was completed faster than I expected and with multiple issues with my car, I was not pressured to fix them, instead respectfully communicated to and that's hard to find. The small touch of leaving candy in my car was icing on the cake; I will recommend them time and time again!

Automotive excellence is amazing. We always have worried about who would be an honest mechanic to take our car to and they were recommended to us through a friend. We are so happy to have found them. They were honest. We had been told by another mechanic that we needed new brakes really soon but automotive excellence checked our brakes and said that they were fine and we had 80% left on our brakes. Wow! That was a wonderful surprise. They did an amazing job on our 75,000 mile check up, washed our car, and we’re always very courteous and friendly. We will definitely go back to them and I recommend them very highly. Whatever the highest recommendation is that’s what they get!

I needed a cluch replacement. After they took it apart. Found a part that was very worn "my fault for not bringing it in sooner". It was not a part that was made anymore and could not be found. Dave at Automotive Excellence had my original part rebuilt. Had my 1999 Suzuki running and me happy again. Dave kept me informed with every step of the way. Thank you for the request. I personnel option. Your hole organization is very well run. You and your group to me function as a team. You do a very good job of communicating with your customers. You also make sure that they can set up times that will work for both parties. My self I would recommend you to my friends, because we are old schooled mechanics and have very little knowledge of all the high tech that's in cars today.
