Every once in a blue moon, an amazing company and the people that run it comes along. Automotive Excellence is just that! We are so happy to have found a team that is professional, conscientious, honest and has integrity. I think we are only going to buy cars in the future that they can work on!

We've been a very satisfied customers for over 25+ years now. Their honest, hardworking and I highly recommend them to everyone. We like them so much that we're quite happy to make the trip down to Rohnert Park from Cloverdale.

I've been a customer since spring of 2019, and I couldn't be happier with Automotive Exellence and their service, pricing and integrity. Recently, they installed a new battery and I thought of my days of bringing my car to a dealership for servicing. More than 2 years ago, the dealership stated I needed a battery. This didn't feel right, and I refused their recommendation. I feel confident in AE, knowing they'll recommend only what is needed.

As always Ellen we appreciate you and your business -it's customers like you that make our job so much fun. We are glad you found us and want you to know we will always do everything possible to merit the confidence you have shown in us. I've used Automotive Excellence for almost 30 years. Whether it was the "old" management or now the new, I've always been completely satisfied with their service. They've always been straight forward on what service my vehicles should have, on what was not need, and what to expect for next. I will stick with them for all my Lexus' servicing requirements in the future.

Automotive Excellence service and personnel are amazing! They are committed to honesty and workmanship. Nissan told me I needed $3600 repair of the timing cover seal. A friend recommended Automotive Excellence. They took photos of the engine and for $95 cleaned the oil around the engine and replaced a drain plug. Problem solved. My family, friends and I will always trust Automotive Excellence!
