Automotive Excellence is exactly what they say in their business name. They are excellent!!! Dave is a mechanic/owner and is a very nice guy. Dave is very knowledgeable and gives great customer service. Thank you Dave… Terri also is a owner and is very nice. Terry works in the office and helps out customers, takes down information, Takes test drives, and I’m sure all kinds of other stuff for her business too. I also would like to think you Terri for taking care of me and for being a great lady. Last but not least Darlene works in the office, takes care of customers, all kinds of work in the office, is very nice, and also gives great customer service. Thank you all again for a great experience at Automotive Excellence. I will definitely tell anybody who is looking for a good/great mechanic that this is the place to go.

I had a very enjoyable experience at automotive excellence. They got me in last minute for an oil change. They were very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. They took me to work and picked me up after my car was fixed. Very timely. They were very honest about my vehicle's maintenance schedule too. I will definitely be going back. Dave is a wonderful person and the owner.

Dave and his crew run a quality shop, will work to get you in in an emergency, and are totally transparent on what your car's issues are. We trust all our car care to Automotive Excellence and we have Honda's, Toyota's, Fords and Lincolns. Thank you for taking good care of us!

Loved this place! Had my 30 thousand mile service and have to say they were great. I would have given 5 stars but was told after service that the cost would be more. . I prefer to be called and given the opportunity to approve any service over the estimated cost, not after. I will say though, they did NOT charge me the extra as there was just a mistake in the estimate. Again, I always want to be contacted before any extra fees are incurred. Otherwise, they send you an email with pictures of all services and filters that were changed. I will definitely go back.

I highly recommend Automotive Excellence to everyone I know. Dave is great and they get the job done so fast! Great place and great service.

I just love this place. Everytime I take my Highlander there I am very pleased with their service and they save me so much money. I got a quote from another shop for 120,000 mile service that was $400 more! My Highlander always comes away with a big "Smile" on its grill:) and I got Smarties thank you

Rudy gave me such amazing service! I called pulled over concerned about my kia soul making a sound on the bearings. I figured it was my bent wheel I know about. They got me in last minute on a Friday. ( They're closed on the weekends) did a diagnostic and came back quick with the results. The tow company took longer to arrive then it took them to get my diagnostic done by them! Turns out the noise I was hearing, was the breaks. Then Rusko explained my wheels and how everything was. Told me how much longer I have on everything. Didn't try to push sales on me at all. Quick, courteous, and professional. As someone who was traveling through I needed an auto mechanic on the fly, I am so glad to have found Automotive Excellence! If you're in a pinch go to them! If you live in the area really consider giving them a try!

I found Automotive Excellence because my car broke down on a Friday night and almost all repair shops were closing until Monday. It was like stumbling upon a diamond by accident! Not only did they have me up and running again within a day, but they are compassionate, polite, and have reasonable prices. I am absolutely planning on returning if I have any more trouble, highly recommended.
