I am thrilled with the service I had last week at Automotive Excellence. During the time of Covid I didn't start my car for nearly 3 weeks. Unfortunately, during that time rodents made house and home under the hood. When I did turn on my car Fiat 500 Sport. I had numerous Error Codes, a chugging/shaking engine, which would not allow the car to go over 50mph. I reached out to many other shops, none were working during that time. Nor would they work on a fiat. Not a good time to have vehicle issues. I googled/youtubed thinking perhaps I could fix it myself...not yet knowing it was an electrical problem due to the rodents chewing away. After many nights of prayers, I saw an ad on facebook for an Ozone treatment by Automotive Excellence, it was then I decided to reach out to them. Welp, to add salt to the wound I am hearing impaired...unable to call into the shops. I tried facebook messenger late at night. Dave the owner was quick to answer, was quick to identify what he thought the problem was (Rodents were a common theme while staying home, distancing during this time). We arranged for me to bring my car in at a designated time to adhere to the guidelines. Dave also had a car ready for me (with plastic on the steering column and provided me with a mask to wear (one of their logo t's). Dave set up a system on his computer to text me updates. Not only was my car repaired and serviced with the Ozone "therapy" it was an incredibly reasonable and fair dollar amount for all. I would highly recommend Dave and his friendly team at Automotiv e Excellence, in fact I will be going back for service, tune-ups etc.

I brought my Toyota Prius because it was giving me the engine service required + red triangle of death lights and Dave the owner gave me great service. I had a feeling it had to do with the hybrid battery and had decided that if I had to replace the hybrid battery then I wouldn't because I already did once and thought to just get a new car. Dave read the code and it was the code to replace the hybrid battery. I felt really great coming to their shop because he first wanted to find out the problem and he didn't charge me for just reading the code. Then he respected my decision to not change the battery. Of-course since this all happened at the start of the covid19 it was a hassle for me to get rid of my car and buy a new one so I changed my mind and worked with Automotive Excellence to replace the hybrid battery. They gave me great customer service highly recommend it. I don't usually leave reviews but felt they really deserved one. :) Glad to come back if I ever need to. -Araceli, super happy customer

During the Covid stay at home orders my car needed a major repair. I was fortunate to have had a quick diagnosis and repair. The staff was highly professional and my car is running great. I will be returning for future service on my Lexus. the staff @automotive excellence exceeded far beyond what I expected. they was able to take my car in for oil change without advance notice or appointment. thank you to dave SR i was able to drop off in the morning and it was done and ready for pick up by early afternoon.. great friendly service with a smile.. My mom is 80 years old, living alone during the coronavirus lockdown, and stuck at home with a broken car. She called Automotive Excellence and they offered to come to her home to look at her car and give her a quote. They gave her a great quote which she accepted. They took her car and returned it in the same day to her house! And they disinfected everything. She was so happy with the service, which says a lot because my mom is not easy to impress! We've been worrying about my mom having a safe car to drive and staying home as much as possible during this pandemic. So thank you so much! The best service from a family owned business. Very good pricing, free shuttle service, and integrity. Terri picked up my car for an oil change, and at no charge. I noticed my clock was set to the correct time, as I was lazy to change it for Daylight Savings. Attention to detail at its best! I'm a more recent customer, but I'm treated as if I've been doing business with Dave and Terri for years. I like the fact they are real, down to earth people, and two of the nicest people I'll ever know.

I have to admit, I was disappointed to hear that Mike sold the business. I was concerned that the consistent high level of service and professionalism would disappear. The good news is that my concern was unfounded. New owner Dave has great credentials from his former employment and I pleased to say the quality of service has not changed with new ownership. My standards regarding automotive repair is much higher than average (being a former ASE journeyman tech) and I'm pleased to use and recommend this shop. Took my sequoia in for an oil change. Was quoted about 25-30 minutes. They were pretty quick! they also gave me a quick run down on future services i would need with the car. an oil change is usually an introduction to meeting your go to mechanic. looking forward to bringing all my cars to them! Also recommended my cousin to bring her suzuki in for an oil change! I hope she got it from you guys! We live in Idaho and my Daugher goes to college in Sonoma and she called panicking because she newer car was acting up after calling Carmax and they couldn't get her in we called Automotice Excellence and they helped us and talked her off the ledge letting her know they could help her get things taken care of. They got her car in quickly, kept in communication with us both and got the car fixed and back on the road. Thank you so much!

I've been here twice and am absolutely delighted with this place. The crew are knowledgeable, skillful, helpful, and friendly. They know their customers and treat us well. It's super helpful to be able to make an appointment and know the work will get done on schedule. And the owner and office staff are really wonderful--they explain things well, and are genuinely warm and friendly. I will take my car there for everything, knowing that if they do the work, it will be done well and carefully.
