Took my sequoia in for an oil change. Was quoted about 25-30 minutes. They were pretty quick! they also gave me a quick run down on future services i would need with the car. an oil change is usually an introduction to meeting your go to mechanic. looking forward to bringing all my cars to them! Also recommended my cousin to bring her suzuki in for an oil change! I hope she got it from you guys! We live in Idaho and my Daugher goes to college in Sonoma and she called panicking because she newer car was acting up after calling Carmax and they couldn't get her in we called Automotice Excellence and they helped us and talked her off the ledge letting her know they could help her get things taken care of. They got her car in quickly, kept in communication with us both and got the car fixed and back on the road. Thank you so much!

I've been here twice and am absolutely delighted with this place. The crew are knowledgeable, skillful, helpful, and friendly. They know their customers and treat us well. It's super helpful to be able to make an appointment and know the work will get done on schedule. Had my rear brake shoes serviced here at had excellent service, was helped promptly and given great attentive service updates via text with great photos of my repair what was wrong, my car was finished as scheduled and so far so good! Places is amazing and I wish it was closer to home. From the moment I walked in I felt welcomed even though it was the first time being here. At the end they explained the results and what I needed to do for my Jeep in simple terms so even I could understand. Highly recommended!

Had a rattle in front end.They found the problems fixed and out the door. Very reasonable prompt and under budget! Great Job! I gave a bad review on breaks but looking into the problem I now understand why they went out so fast plus we park car out side so it gets a lot of moisture near the coast. Got a call the calibers rusted and need new rear brakes for $653.00. I wonder if they really did the brakes a year ago and calibers rust that fast??? Just seems they could have compensated some since they should have seen the rust one year ago? We have been doing business with them for 10 years or so. Now not so much love now!! Read more
