Such integrity. We took Honda Civic in for issues and Mike diagnosed that it needed a new hybrid battery. Cost $3,000. We gulped and said yes. He called Honda to order the part and learned it was under warranty and recommended we get it replaced for free at dealer instead of spending $3,000 with him. Many shops would have just sold us the battery.

Mike and his crew were very patient with my car which had intermittent challenges. Very understanding and courteous communication. Thanks!

Take it here. I know they're specialist on certain vehicle brands, but I took my Subaru here along with my Lexus. Honest upfront people. They'll tell you what you need to hear not what's going to make them another buck. I did the whole calling around and shopping for prices but there are some things in life where you need to just pay a little more because it can cost more later. I've learned the hard way. They're cheaper than the dealer for sure, but again I'm a believer that you get what you pay for and their services are right there if not better.

Excellent service and price. They communicated clearly and professionally with me about what was going on with my Nissan altima. I will recommend them to anyone experiencing vehicle problems.

If I'm told my Honda needs a specific service, I walk away knowing that it was honestly said and that my Honda will be kept in tip-top shape. Elite '2020 Elite '2020 I have not been a long time customer because I always took my truck to the dealership. (bad, I know) The first time I took my truck here it was for something very expensive no matter how we looked at it. They did it right the first time!!! That's such an awesome rating for an auto mechanic! These guys acted like my truck was part of my family - an actually it is. I have not needed to go back, although I do need to for my oil change! Thanks for fixing my truck right the first time, guys! It's more than I could say for the Toyota dealerships . . .!!! Good honest mechanics. I recommend them if you have a Japanese car.

I CAN'T TAKE ALL THE EMAILS & POSTCARDS in the mail and the pushing to give them ratings here and there. I give them 4 stars for that!!! We have brought in 2 of our cars now to get done by them and each time we know things will get done right the first time or they will make sure it is if you bring it back. They are very professional.
