Such integrity. We took Honda Civic in for issues and Mike diagnosed that it needed a new hybrid battery. Cost $3,000. We gulped and said yes. He called Honda to order the part and learned it was under warranty and recommended we get it replaced for free at dealer instead of spending $3,000 with him. Many shops would have just sold us the battery.

Take it here. I know they're specialist on certain vehicle brands, but I took my Subaru here along with my Lexus. Honest upfront people. They'll tell you what you need to hear not what's going to make them another buck. I did the whole calling around and shopping for prices but there are some things in life where you need to just pay a little more because it can cost more later. I've learned the hard way. They're cheaper than the dealer for sure, but again I'm a believer that you get what you pay for and their services are right there if not better.
