Elite '2020 Elite '2020 I have not been a long time customer because I always took my truck to the dealership. (bad, I know) The first time I took my truck here it was for something very expensive no matter how we looked at it. They did it right the first time!!! That's such an awesome rating for an auto mechanic! These guys acted like my truck was part of my family - an actually it is. I have not needed to go back, although I do need to for my oil change! Thanks for fixing my truck right the first time, guys! It's more than I could say for the Toyota dealerships . . .!!! Good honest mechanics. I recommend them if you have a Japanese car.

I CAN'T TAKE ALL THE EMAILS & POSTCARDS in the mail and the pushing to give them ratings here and there. I give them 4 stars for that!!! We have brought in 2 of our cars now to get done by them and each time we know things will get done right the first time or they will make sure it is if you bring it back. They are very professional. Everyone that works at Automotive Excellence is very friendly and welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. They remember the names of regulars to make you feel right at home. I live in Santa Rosa now and still drive to Rohnert Park to get my car serviced. I would definitely recommend Automotive Excellence to anyone who is looking the get their car serviced from knowledgeable technicians.

Had a great experience. Fantastic customer service. Was explained to me what was going to be done, and how much it would cost. Work was performed and then received a receipt explaining in detail what was done for my records. A great a place and will definitely going back and recommending.
