I came in on a Saturday with no appointment and the owner Mike was willing to have my vehicle looked at. My truck was dripping transmission fluid so they diagnosed and fixed it stating the cause was a blown O ring. I was very pleased with the outcome. Excellent customer service! Great customer service, fair prices, and always come back here if I need anything

I am new to the area but my boyfriend highly recommended Automotive Excellence. I had a great mechanic in So. Cal and was concerned about finding the same service here. I have been taking my truck to Mike and his team for 2 years now and I could not be happier with their service, honestly and integrity which is rarely found at a car repair shop. Overall FANTASTIC service! They got me an appointment to fix my car (Toyota Camry) within the week and didn't try to oversell me. They fixed my warped rotors and replaced my driver side visor all for a very reasonanable price. Glad to have found my go-to mechanic in Rohnert Park (I'm from out of town originally). Can't stress enough how great they were and I would highly reccommend to anyone! They live up to their name - thank you Automotive Excellence! Excellent, efficient service. I went after reading all the reviews online and was not disappointed. What stood out the most to me was the respect that all of the workers seem to have for each other and for their customers.

A friend referred me to Automotive Excellence and they delivered excellent service. They also gave me a loaner car to use for the day. Based on my initial experience I will bring my car back to them for additional work. I don't know much about cars for starters so when my check engine light came on I just looked for a place in Rohnert park with good reviews and Automotive Excellence is what I found, and after one visit with them, I never want to have to find a new repair shop again! They were amazing fast and super reasonably priced. (My dad used to be a car mechanic and saw the bill and was very pleased) and my car is running so well that it feels like I'm driving a completely new car! Thank you so much guys. I first came to Automotive Excellence in March of 2003 through a referral from a co-worker and I am very glad I did! Since that time, I have had all of my routine maintenance and repairs done here and I have always been a satisfied customer. Since I am not knowledgeable about cars, the main reason I feel comfortable referring customers to Automotive Excellence is because I trust them and I know that they will not take advantage of me. A few times I was concerned that a repair might be costly and it turned out to be something simple and inexpensive. In the 12 years that I have been coming here, if something unexpected comes up with my aging car, they always fit me in, even if I don't have an appointment. Mike and his staff are great. Jon, the Service Manger, is very professional, courteous and patient. My Honda has over 220,000 miles on it and when I have to get another car, I plan to select one that I can have serviced by Automotive Excellence!
