Rohnert Park Auto Repair

I don't know much about cars for starters so when my check engine light came on I just looked for a place in Rohnert park with good reviews and Automotive Excellence is what I found, and after one visit with them, I never want to have to find a new repair shop again! They were amazing fast and super reasonably priced. (My dad used to be a car mechanic and saw the bill and was very pleased) and my car is running so well that it feels like I'm driving a completely new car! Thank you so much guys. I first came to Automotive Excellence in March of 2003 through a referral from a co-worker and I am very glad I did! Since that time, I have had all of my routine maintenance and repairs done here and I have always been a satisfied customer. Since I am not knowledgeable about cars, the main reason I feel comfortable referring customers to Automotive Excellence is because I trust them and I know that they will not take advantage of me. A few times I was concerned that a repair might be costly and it turned out to be something simple and inexpensive. In the 12 years that I have been coming here, if something unexpected comes up with my aging car, they always fit me in, even if I don't have an appointment. Mike and his staff are great. Jon, the Service Manger, is very professional, courteous and patient. My Honda has over 220,000 miles on it and when I have to get another car, I plan to select one that I can have serviced by Automotive Excellence!

First of all I was referred to this place by a competitor who couldn't figure out how to stop my 2001 Honda Civic from idling at about 6000. I dropped off car and expected a long diagnoses costing $$$$, based on my experiences at other repair shops . John took my information and they went to work , not only did it cost basically less than the hour diagnosis cost , they did it so darn quick . I know my little beater needs more work and I can't wait to drop it off again to get it going even better . This is a true , rare , professional & trustworthy shop . Don't go anywhere else. Automotive Excellence is a very professional shop that pays attention to details and offers budget friendly pricing. They are reliable and communicate all their concerns and needs regarding your automobile. The have loaned me a car when needed, at no extra charge. The office is warm and the adorable cat makes the visit even more appealing.

I've been a customer of Automotive Excellence since 2007. I'm am owner of a 2003 Acura MDX. Dependability and reliability is what I find with them. I get the car back when promised. There are written estimates that are explained. If there is anything else discovered while working on the car they will phone and explain to ask for the "ok." My last visit a noise initially diagnosed as a bad alternator with a $500 price tag, turned out to be something unrelated with no cost to me. Noise gone, problem resolved. Honesty and no BS.
