Our family has used Automotive Excellence for over 20 years & for multiple vehicles. They are both knowledgeable as well as trustworthy. If your family has a make of vehicle that Automotive Excellence services, I don't see why you would select any other business to service your vehicle. In my opinion, you simply cannot go wrong with Automotive Excellence. As an aside, I am not related to any owner or employee of Automotive Excellence, nor do I have any business relationship with the company other than the servicing of my vehicles.

As a long time customer, Mike and his staff have always provided outstanding customer service. Unfailingly honest, they never try to add on non-essential services. They have kept my 2003 Honda CRV humming along, despite high mileage and teenaged drivers! Now that they are adding American car service, my husband will be able to bring his Ford Flex over as well. Very convenient, close to home, and it helps to have a locally owned business that we can rely on. The next generation of Honda owners is already using Mike's service, and we look forward to many years of honest, excellent service for our cars.

Automotive Excellence was recommended to me when my first Honda needed a service 22 years ago. I am always more than satisfied with the excellent level of attention and integrity they give to both my car and to me. On the odd occasion that I have called with a question, Mike has been totally there for me, with no intention to gain, just to give me advice. 2 Hondas, and a healthy 12 year old Toyota Matrix now, I wouldn't go anywhere else - and although I'd love a Mini Clubman (I'm a Brit., ), until Mike brings them under his wing, it's not an option !

Wow! I just got my car back from these guys and it's running amazing! I honestly couldn't be happier with their service and the way they treated me. I've been to several shops in the area and I won't be going anywhere else from now on. They were very fair, honest and upfront with me, and truly helped me out. They're the best!

This is the second time I've taken my car here and they've been wonderful! Mike is super courteous and they're easy to talk to. The first time I brought my car in, I was sure it needed an alignment but they checked it out, charged me all of $30 bucks and told me it was actually fine. The problem was my tires balding. Mike made some suggestions, called around and got me a great deal on the tires I needed. Second time was to change the tires and do an oil change. A very reasonable $236 for all of that (I have high performance tires and they're NOT cheap) and they even gave the outside of my car a cleaning. Thanks so much and so happy I found a reliable place in Sonoma county to take my cars.
