I moved to Santa Rosa two years ago and found it hard to part with my reliable Oakland mechanic . But a referral to Automotive Excellence led to really wonderful results. Terrific service, rates, courtesy, and friendliness along with very a capable staff - couldn't be better. My dear old Toyota will now have a new caregiver crew. I'm so glad to have found my way to this shop. Its not much of a drive and there's a number of loaner courtesy cars that make it very easy to use this shop. Really a five-star place! I took my 2004 Acura TL to these guys to have the brakes fixed. They gave me information that the dealer hadn't, even though my car had just been at the dealer for a service two days prior. I know where my car will be getting maintenance and repairs from now on! I'm a stickler for good service, and service was outstanding from the time I made the appointment to the time I walked out the door.
